We only ordered sushi rolls and a pineapple fried rice, but I was pleased with the ambiance, attentive staff, and great food. I will be going back!
I sat in the dining room away from the Hibachi grill, but from afar it looked to be a good time. The restaurant’s decor makes it a nice Benihana. They were able to make custom rolls when I suggested they didn’t have anything hot enough for me. Two hours later, my mouth is still on fire. For IDA, it’s a fine establishment that’s open on Sunday (not always common in Idaho Falls).
I am in love with this place, caters to vegetarians pretty nicely which is a refreshing surprise. I enjoyed the cooking show and the environment. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.
Nice place to get some sushi. The main event though is the hibachi cooking. If you’ve ben to a Benihana it’s the exact same type of show. It’s a good place for some sushi the volcano was my favorite.

LOOK OUT BLUE HASHI!. I can’t tell you how happy I am that Idaho Falls is finally gaining a bit of class. This restaurant was designed so beautifully. The ambiance is absolutely perfect for a night out with your significant other as well as for entertaining an entire family. The prices aren’t too bad especially considering how AMAZING the food is. The service was delightful and friendly as I have some dietary restrictions that they were more than happy to work with. Even on a Friday evening, we were seated right away and received prompt service. I will definitely be returning soon. Hopefully this will give Blue Hashi the wake up call they needed in order for them to realize they can’t treat customers badly and not lose business. Finally a friendly sushi place!!
