I have been very disappointed in the GF capabilities of this place. I have gotten sick every time we have come and I wish that was not the case. I like Red Robin but they can’t meet my dietary needs.
A really expensive burger that underwhelms. Pick your burger garnish and add a side of regret. Not impressed with why this chain restaurant is so popular. It makes me sad the Hamburger Factory on Hitt Road closed a few years ago. They deserved a 5 star.
They went cheap. They decided not to give fries before the meal or they charge you for them. The fries were the main reason we came to the restaurant. Thanks for going cheap after paying 15 dollars for a meal.
Great food, good service, this Red Robin was a great choice for our dine-out dinner, and can’t wait to go back.
Another great Red Robin restaurant!. POSITIVES: I have come here several times, and the service and food has been amazing. You can get a free burger the month of your birthday if you pick up a Red Royalty card and activate it before your next visit (which is what we did). They kept our drinks filled, and continuously checked on us- bringing us anything we needed within 2 minutes (ranch, more fries). NEGATIVES: The only gripes I have are the amount of fries they bring (you get kind of gypped) and the fact that the very first time I went for my wife’s birthday, we got the royalty card and activated it there on a smartphone to get a free burger that same meal, and it worked. However, the last time we went for my birthday, we got the card in advance and activated it before going, and they didn’t accept it saying the earliest possible day to get a free burger would be the following day. PRICE: 8+ per person. RECOMMENDED: any of their burgers, their mozerella sticks, and their root beer floats (free refills!)
I love Red Robin, great food, great service, great atmosphere. My only complaint – too loud birthday cheers. Seriously, they are way too loud.
