Worst experience ever thanks to manager-Brian Hicks. Won’t be going back any time soon if ever. Waiter n hostess were great however but the card they just gave me didn’t work and when I tried to just transfer the balance to a different card, he treated me like I was trying to steal something and wouldn’t let me. Instead, wanted me to go home and register the card then come back. Just spent $40 on a meal to get my free $10 play card so my daughter could play some games. Instead I experienced such poor customer service that I’ll probably never go back.
