Out of all the sushi in Boise, this by far is my favorite. Everything tastes fresh and you can watch your sushi being made right at the bar. They have so many different combinations to try with so many interesting flavors! Their waitstaff seems a bit shy, but everyone is kind for the most part. I recommend this place to any sushi lover!
Great service and great sushi! food is fresh miso soup tastes amazing! Never have to wait long either food is always delivered on time; TIP: go at the lunch hour 11-2 its the best price for there lunchboxes they come with miso soup and salad and an entree sushi, spring rolls and rice! Fills you up at a good price!
Fishy sushi…. We tried this place after reading decent reviews. We got there and decided to try the California rolls first to test the sushi before we spent $13-15 on a specialty roll. We left after that. To start the miso tasted fishy. Then the rolls came out and after two or the bites I had a bad aftertaste that lingered in my mouth. I understand we’re eating fish products but fresh fish shouldn’t taste fishy. It should have a clean crisp flavor…. Not like old canned tuna. We ended up at a different restaurant to kill the sushi craving. Big contrast in taste for lower price too. Hopefully you’re experience is better than ours.
Fantastic place. My wife and I had our first date here years ago. We come back all the time. The food is fantastic, the service is great and the ambiance is perfect. The only downside is that its right next to the Cricket store so you have to look at all the white trash that walks by smoking and making a mess of things.
By far the best sushi resturant in Boise! It has become my number one spot for sushi for three years now and every experience is a new delightful one. The service is great along with the general environment of the resturant! I love it there and would recommend it to anyone who loves sushi as much as I do.
Best sushi I’ve had in Boise! Simply delicious!!!
Must have the love boat. Excellent.
