This place has two locations. Weer used to drove from ontario to boise every sunday for the delicious menudo…authentic jalisco style, or you can add hominy for a texmex tradition style. Food is consistently great. Idk how they do it. New location in caldwell has a bar which is fun. They make any food and any drinks on the menu or not. Super friendly. Cute chef great service!!! For the amount of food, price is pretty low. Caldwell has a balet group balet folkorico mexico lindo that performed there. It was awesome! AND karaoke every saturday! I read some of the older reviews, and they must have changed owners. Ive been a customer since 2013 and never had a bad experience.

BLAH!! don’t bother. I don’t know how this restaurant got a 94% rating, the food was THE MOST lackluster mexican I have ever eaten. Stay home and have a plain slice of white bread and it will have more flavor than the food there. Cinco De Mayo could learn a lesson from their service though, it was friendly and fast.
Good Times!. Good food and good live Mariachi music. My wife had the bacon wrapped shrimp and I had the Enchilada-verde, MUY BIEN.
Loved it!. I went in Dec, there was a young mariachi band playing- enjoyed it immensely! I ordered a shrimp wrapped in Bacon dish. We also got the guacamole which was made fresh at our table! The corn tortillas are home made there and were yummy. Will definitely return.
As good as it gets. The cerviche is the best and the table-side guacamole is better than homemade. Nice, fun staff
