Needs To Work On Things. The pot roast was like it was out of a freezer and nuked before going into a hot skillet. It was obviously not freshly braised as it was very dry and tough. The waitress did not ask if our food was OK or if we wanted to take leftovers home and did not check on us from the time food was served until we got the check. This is not the Shari’s quality we are used to and expect! I think the staff needs to check things out at the Shari’s on Chinden to learn how thing SHOULD be!
