Service was great, Husband had chicken fried steak and was very good andhad plenty of gravy, homemade mash potatoes and roll, corn, salad.I had bacon burger, I’d say better than five guys and fries were fresh cut and perfect. What took me so long to find this place. I’ve lived here for 10 years and just found it. Home style cooking at it’s best.
Pretty good food. The chicken fried steak was tasty but they were very skimpy on the gravy. Almost like they dabbed it in gravy (which is on the thinner side so it didn’t coat thickly). It did not come with the typical amount of gravy which can be shared with your biscuit. It merely had a thin coating on it. The coffee was very good. I would put this place above Smitty’s but it is not as good as O’Brady’s in my opinion.
