  Nationally this is one of the chains that makes the grade with us regularly. This is a recently renovated location convenient to I-15 and many of the hotels. While great food, it’s consistently understaffed. We had hair in our food which the GM immediately apologized for and comp’d that entree from our ticket.For IDA, good beer selection (not always easy to find here) and even better chips and salsa.

  GREAT PLACE!. If you love a place to unwind and talk with friends, this is the place! I go with friends for their happy hour… believe it’s from 3 pm to 7 pm, sit in the bar area, during this time all appetizers are half price but I usually order Queso and chips which comes with salsa too, and order half priced margarita’s, for this price I am able to leave a healthy tip. The staff have always been very helpful and delightful over the years… we often walk around the river then step into Chili’s to cool down during the summer or warm up in the spring and fall and get four or more refills of water or soda for no extra charge! We love this place and their employee’s

  Blah.. You can get waaaay better Mexican food in Idaho Falls without having to put up with the chain restaurant crap. Go to A Little Bit of Mexico instead. You don’t have to deal with airheaded wait staff there. Every time I have ordered at the Idaho Falls Chili’s the waitress got my order wrong. I am not thrilled with this one.

  The fajita trio was good. Could have used some more salsa fresca; avoid the plain salsa tastes like store bought pace.
