Best restaurant in IF! I’m from out of town, and EVERY time I come to Idaho Falls, a visit to the Copper Rill is a must. First, let me say their stuffed mushrooms are A-MAZING! Pretty sure I’d do the three hour drive from SLC just for those. I’ve had about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Each dish is a creative blend of tastes and flavor that I’d like to say leaves me wanting more, except the portions are so hearty that another bite doesn’t seem possible. Not to mention the awesome staff… So friendly and welcoming. A visit to the Copper Rill is a must… Just make sure you leave some mushrooms for me!!!
What a find!. So happy that the pub joint next door had a long wait. I am sure we made the right move going to Copper Rill. While they were busy and we did not have a resevation, they made space for us in the bar area and we enjoyed excellent service and two great meals. The tiger shrimp wrapped in pancetta was wonderful and the haddock special was sublime. Highly recomended.
Tops. Chvre salad was awesome. Steak done to perfection. Great wine list, supreme service. Just stop reading this and go.
Amazing food. Everyone needs to get out and experience the great food and atmosphere at Copper Rill. We were in a group of four and I tried everyone’s food and it was all great! The staff was very polite and I have been telling people about it ever since I went! Definitely my new favorite!
Copper Rill Restaurant. I had dinner and wine last night and it was FANTASTIC! My husband had the steak and I had the lamb. Both dishes were just wonderful! Seldom is it easy to find this quality of restaurant in Idaho Falls. I usually go to the Sandpiper for fine dining, but this will be my new go to favorite! The staff was polite and the chef is young, but VERY talented. Check it out!!
