….food: Good! However, not worth the CRAPPY service!!! I have been here twice now and both times I was treated like I was wasting their time. Also, both visits took over an hour to get my food!!! What!?!? I’d say call in your order or avoid this place all together.
Yick. The good: They have…. Yick.The good: They have a decent beer selection.The bad: Everything else, dirty atmosphere, lousy service. The balsamic sauce was burned. We were seated outside on a nice afternoon and things started ok. Until the some workers came along and started to hammer and drill about 5 feet away. The server didn’t seem to care or offer to move us. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Well….. While their balsamic fries and strawberry basil lemonade were delicious, I just couldn’t see past the horrible customer service. Just to be clear, this is the 3rd time I have eaten here, and have finally decided that enough is enough. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us, and get our drink order. Our food arrived nearly an hour later, at which point we had to box it up in order to make an appointment.Only stop by d’Railed if you:-Don’t have ANY time constraints.-Are not already hungry.-Wouldn’t enjoy being treated like a human being by the wait staff.To management: You have a great idea as far as atmosphere and an original and fun menu. Don’t loose your customers because you can’t streamline your process for those who don’t have hours to enjoy the scenery.
Phenomenal. I agree with the second post…Kristy must work at another restaurant. I am a local to Idaho Falls and have dined here three times, Each time the service was good, the food amazing and the atmosphere phenomenal. .cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I had the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms and they were the best I have ever had. Be warned that there is sometimes a wait, just like the Texas Roadhouse will not seat you…The staff seems to never stop moving but this IS THE BEST in the WEST and is always packed so be patient…Good things come to those who wait!
