Idaho Falls hasn’t been really successful at knocking my culinary socks off yet. But we gave this place a go since it was so close to where we live and the most recent reviews were in 2013. I was rooting for good, but it fell short. The fry oil was old and over used; because of this the food that touched it was bitter. Everything that we had that was deep fried was subpar. The noodle dish, though still greasy, had good flavor. It’s gone. They could easily go from bleh to amazing with one swap. The technique is there. If they bumped their fry oil temperature up a few degrees and changed it out I could give them a 4 or a 5 easy.

Despite the other poor reviews, we loved this place. Everything we got was fantastic (general T’s chicken, sweet and sour chicken, chow mein, fried rice). The to-go portions are large and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go again.
OK Chinese. Hong Kong is about on par with the rest of the Chinese places in Idaho Falls: OK but not great. I’ll eat here occasionally.
Wow, this place is gross. I should have followed my first instinct and ran the other direction when I walked into this place, but hindsight is 20/20, right. I came with a group and tried several of the dishes and thought almost everything was slimy and gross. The only redeeming factor was the ham fried rice, but it’s not even close to enough to get me back in that door. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Since when did egg foo young gravy become sauce for general tsau’s chicken? Blech this place was terrible and the waitress had to be her first night because she didn’t do anything right order was screwed up no refills were offered it was a mess not worth the 75$ with 5 meals 2 appetizers and 3 sodas. I could have spent half at panda express and been able to stomach it
