After only being in Idaho Falls for 5 days, there was one Mexican restaurant that everyone kept suggesting; Jalisco’s. I was greeted politely and say across from the bar; make sure to check out that picture from this place if you enjoy alcohol. My server knew the menu EXTREMELY well, and although his primary language is Spanish, he spoke English very well and polite. He suggested the Chicken Chipotle, on top of a few others, but the plate mentioned was my order. It came out much faster than I anticipated, not more than 5-7 minutes. And let me tell you, the food portion was HUGE. Not to mention easily the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had across multiple states, and definitely the best I’ve had in the last decade. Take the time to come here, it’s definitely worth it.
