    Do not ever under any circumstances eat at this establishment. Former employee (yes i know roll your eyes) but there are several unsafe food handling practices implemented at this establishment.&Often times the floor drain overfills with black moldy grease and workers continue having to serve food while walking in and splashing in the foul water.&Food often stays under the heat lamps for far longer than the food safety of 1:30. hours yes that shriveled chicken breast you bought at 5pm had a good chance to have been sitting there since 1:30pm&Hands are seldom washed.&If the chicken is even slightly over the expiration date and has not acquired a sour smell AND turned green it will still be cooked (even then it might be cooked if it should be thrown).&The flour you have your chicken so gleefully breaded in is often not changed and then stored for tomorrows usage after sitting out in the hot store all day with raw chicken drippings in it bon appetite morning munchers.& the fry cooks with raw chicken flour all over them do not have a personal hand washing station so are required to travel to the cooked area to wash up and with the raw bloody flour on their cloths carry up the finished cooked product and place it in the warmers causing many cross contamination issues.&Pans and other dish implements are often just flash cleaned (very light scrub to knock debris off and then set to dry often not sitiing in the sanitation water long enough to sterilize they use sinks not the steam cleaners here)These are just a few of the issues that happen behind the scenes and employees have been fired for reporting the health issues or even attempting to do the job properly as any attempt to do the job properly causes you to not work fast enough.

    Unorganized service. They stop making certain foods early in the night. I have gone to eat there three times before 8pm (they close at 10) and they were out of drums and wings twice, biscuits or mashed potatoes each of the three times as well. Tonight I went and they said it will be a 6 minute wait on the biscuits. Are they not aware they are getting low on food to replenish and make/cook more? Is there a manager that is managing the idiocy happening there? After the 6 minute wait on the biscuits, an employee brought my food to my car and assured me that she gave me butter and honey as well (I did not ask for). Got home and only butter. Why would you assure someone of something you didn’t even do?

    Not to mention their boneless chicken was extremly over breaded and under cooked. Looking at any piece of chicken in the 20pc we got, you could cut off about half that was only breading. Waste of fifty dollars. I would rather go sit down somewhere and be treated right and also be able to get what i ordered.
