The Idaho burrito is pretty safe. Not great but good enough. One of the better locations of the several gutwagon burrito joints in town. Not as much a dive as the one on Woodruff and probably less likely to get food poisoning than the one on West Broadway.
Terribly made!. First of all I had cheese enchiladas which has to be the simplest possible fish to make well. I literally got cold tortillas filled with un-melted shredded cheese. Seriously though if you can’t properly melt cheese I certainly don’t have any confidence in your ability to cook anything that requires any skill. Not to mention the rice was hard and dry as if it had been sitting in a heating tray for the last two hours. The worst part is that i could get a better plate of Mexican food at taco bell.
