  Worst Mongolian Grill…. I have been to several Mongolian Grills and am a real fan of the restaurant, but I was incredibly disappointed with this one. There wasn’t a single good thing I could find about this one compared to the many others I had been to. The vegetables looked horrible and old, the meat didn’t look any better, and they actually charge you per bowl. Every other restaurant I had been to was an all you can eat for a set price, which means you can go back as many times as you wanted to. At this one they charge you per bowl and charge you for over stacking your bowl, not to mention the bowls they had didn’t look very clean. The atmosphere there is pretty dirty and rundown, it looked like they hadn’t vacuumed their carpets in months! When I went to hand my bowl to the cook he stood there for a couple minutes while talking to the other cook with his back turned to me until he finally grabbed my bowl. I’ve watched at other restaurants how good they are at cleaning the grill on a regular basis. They usually wash it and wipe it down, making sure to scrub off any burnt food remaining. They then apply a new coat of oil so they don’t burn the next meal. At this restaurant all they do is pour a bowl of water on the grill and call it good. It made my food taste extra greasy, not to mention I had almost an inch of sauce sitting at the bottom of my bowl, which, if you like that that’s fine, but I’m not a fan of that. The waitress that served us was very nice and polite, but really didn’t check back in at all. She actually sat at another table with the other waitress while eating a pizza…. yeah not very professional. In the end, the food wasn’t that great, the service wasn’t that great, and the overall look of the restaurant was horrible. If you’re a fan of the restaurant, try looking for another one, even if it is much farther away. If you’ve heard great things about Mongolian Grill but have never tried it, please do not start here, you will be greatly disappointed with what’s supposed to be a great place to eat.

  WARNING!!. Don’t go! I love love love love mongolian grills but this one was terrible! The workers were rude, the bowls have yellow stains in the bottom, the veggies were old and gross! The meat was just laid out in raw piles. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant.

  The Mongolian grill is a good place to eat at, the selection of food is good, you can build your bowl the way you want it, and it’s cool to see them cook your food. The service is great and the atmosphere is nice. I give it a 3.5 out of 5
