Poor for worse service!. Our waitress was very rude, she seemed annoyed that we wanted to look over the menu before ordering. My food was hard as a rock and had no flavor. I informed the waitress and she abruptly told me it was supposed to be crisp, crisp yes too hard to even break through no. She then took my plate and brought back our bill with my food removed. She never apologized for the food or asked if I would like anything. In addition she never came by to refill drinks or ask how things were. When I brought this to the attention of the owner/manager he simply said she took your food off. Yes, but I would have liked to have had lunch. This place is a joke!

RUDE!!!!. Went here to eat today with a friend , I’ve never been here and I really wanted to try it. Too bad I didn’t even get the chance to try the food ,order or even get a drink because the manager or owner not sure who he was came up to me after only being there for not even five minutes and rudely asked me to shut my kid up or leave that people were trying to enjoy there meal …I look around and no one even notices I’m there or like they even care my kid is crying they are laughing and talking much more loudly than my son is crying he was fussy and hungry as soon as we got food he would be ok. Then he said it again so I just got up and left. My son has Asperger’s its a mental disability its hard for him to calm down right away and hard for him to communicate. When I explained this to the manager he said it didn’t matter that I would interrupt everyone else. Its pretty sad that I cant go into a restaurant and eat with my kid just because he has a form of autism and I can’t just tell him to shut up he’s not anything like other kids. I’m sorry but I’ve never heard/seen this happen in any other restaurants …and I’m not going to lie I was very upset . I’m never going to eat here and ill be sure to tell everyone I KNOW how disrespectful the owner/manager of this place is. IF YOU AVE KIDS DONT EAT HERE ! THEY MIGHT BE TOO LOUD FOR THIS PLACE! WATCH OUT! WISH I COULD JUST PUT ZERO STARS CUZ THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE!

Plum bad. Poor service turned into a case of food poisoning for my wife and I at this restaurant. We were seated upstairs and it took our waiter 20 minutes to even get to us on a Wednesday night. Compounding the fact they messed up the order twice and drinks were never refilled after we were their for an hour without food. Permanently crossed off the places to go in Idaho Falls for me.
The best authentic mexican food I’ve had! Our family drives from pocatello to have it at least once a month. Their meat melts in your mouth…I love everything on the menu and they work with food allergies so well! Love this place!!
