Absolutely loved everything about this place! Awesome food (gotta try the bacon sriracha onion rings), friendly and helpful wait staff, and a beautiful space. If I lived in Idaho Falls, I’d be a regular. Yummy beer too. 5 stars!!
This restaurant is refreshing to have in this town a New variety of great Tapas (small plates/appetizers) wonder lunches! Sandwiches, big juicy creative burgers, almost everything is scratch/homemade style from soups to many choices of sauces, and they have special on every Tuesday, TAPAS TUESDAY 5pm till close 5-6 different Tapas 1/2 off great deal plus a great way to try some Tapas or a deal! They have just improved and expanded there menu with great varieties from entres to vegetarian, great salads, and great selection of Craft Beer lots of Idaho beers and wines to whatever you enjoy they have it or at least comparable or better! Plus soon they will have a full bar! I your like me and like to support the local restaurants locally owned come in and support Idaho Falls instead of corporate restaurants in town that microwave mashed potatoes! The fries are wonderful! Idaho potatoes fresh cut every day mummy crisp seasoned well plus scratch made fry sauce to curry ketchup:) The staff is very friendly and will go out of there way to satisfy your every needs:) If you’ve tried it before an had a bad experience I would recommend trying the Republic again they very on top of everything!!

User reviews. Hi, I have been around the world and have enjoyed many different dishes. I must say that the chef at the Republic goes out of his way to make it an enjoyable culianary delight. The staff, lead by the chefs wife, added to the dining pleasure. No rush to eat and get out here. I would recomend everyone – come, enjoy, stay.
Great Apps, Entrees need work still.. First of all I must say the service was excellent, the wait staff was excellent. The appetizers were very good, though a bit pricey for the portions, to be expected for an upscale establishment. The main entrees though were somewhat lacking, soup coming out cold, a burger ordered medium rare having the whole exterior burnt so each bite tasted burnt, also the some zucchini spears with one of the meals tasted like it had been cooked in burnt oil. The homemade fried with the burger were under-cooked, the thicker ones mostly whereas the thinner ones were quite enjoyable. I’m not sure if I would give them another try as its a fairly expensive place to go not knowing if you will enjoy it.
Delicious. We had an enjoyable experience and the food was very real.
