Okay! Service was dependent on the busy evening, but great! Our waitress was awesome. It was pretty busy, a rain stormed moved through, but the crowd was friendly. The poached salmon was amazing! We are just passing through…i wish we had this place back home.
The best local restaurant… ever. I ate at the Sandpiper last night and it was wonderful. I came in with my boyfriend and we started with the clams, which were unbelievably good. He had the filet 500, and I had the walleye. I have never tasted something so decadent!!! They have a wonderful selection of food from gluten free (which I suffer from) to wonderful fish, steaks, and pasta. After our meal we spoke with the owner and he told us that they had won awards for the last seven years for being the best restaurant in town, which I completely understand why!!!! This place was cozy and warm and the service was wonderful. We defiantly will be back, again and again

Something Fishy. Ive been to his place a few times and it has always been really good. Service tonight was quick, food was great, and we had a good time. However, I think the cook ran out of halibut because he substituted cod. Normally this would be unforgiveable, but it was good and I was hungry.
