We waited 10 minutes before we were seen by a waiter, another 10 minutes before we received chips, salsa & drinks. The chips were burnt. We had to ask several times for refills on drinks, chips and salsa. I ordered the shrimp molcajete with corn tortillas. I was served steak & got flour tortillas. Took probably over 30 mins to be served our meals. Overall the service was bad and the food wasnt good enough to make up for the bad service or motivate us to go back. I will not recommend.
First time here. Excellent food and drink. The table side guac was an added bonus – good enough to lick the bowl. We will make the 45 minute trek here often!
Horrible and rude catering experience when we asked for fresh tortillas , because they came soggy , they told us to go some where else. They were too busy. Unbelievable
Very poor service. The food is great though and the salsa has good variety. A Togo order was placed and was prepared way too early. Tortillas were soggy and the meat cold. When asked to replace only the tortillas and reheat the meat, they asked me to go somewhere else for lunch. They were confident I had asked for the order at an earlier time. Very very poor customer service. Too bad Enrique wasn’t there to get it right:(
The cheese on my Burrito was melted, but the insides were Luke warm, the retried beans were like dishwater gray soup. The red sauce on the burrito was ultra bland and flavorless. This garbage was not even bad Gringo-Mex. I ate there several years ago and it was not bad … now it is just plain BAD! Spend your money somewhere else, this place sucks? It should be renamed El Barfo Supremo!
NOT ON A WEEKEND. Friday night is pure suicide there! It took 30 minutes. to get water at the table and an hour for the dinners. All were cold and one was missing, since another waiter took it. Not as good as it once was and the service truly stunk! Think their popularity has gone to there heads.
Excellent!!. Excellent mexican food. The service was great, the guacamole they make at your table to your specifications of spicyness was great and it was the best guacamole I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I had the El Gordo Burrito, huge serving and very delicious. Will definitely be back when in town. Kudos!!!
