I have been there twice . Each time has not been any good. The albondigas were way too salty. Also they took a long time to Orders.
One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to north of the boarder. The staff is very friendly. You can not go wrong by coming here for lunch or dinner.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant. This has been our favorite Mexican restaurant for years…and we’ve tried MANY! The service is just so exceptional and speedy and the food is always delicious. The only thing I’ve ever had there that I was dissatisfied with, was one time I ordered flautas and they were a little burned and lacked flavor. Every other time it has been wonderful. We will continue going again and again.
EXCELLENT!. We frequent the Corona Village every other Saturday for lunch. The BEST service anywhere we go. The salsa is to die for and we get our jar refilled every visit! Highly recommend! Oh, and the food is GREAT!
Great food and awesome service!. My wife and I have been frequenting the Meridian Corona Village for at least 15 years and have almost always had an excellent meal. To my surprise, our last few visits there were even better than usual. It has always been consistently good- but the level of care and quality is still increasing! We witnessed the manager send back a plate that wasn’t up to snuff- BEFORE it was served, we saw the waitress get a table cleaned and prepped for the next group before the leaving party had made it out the front door, and we saw three servers constantly cleaning, wiping, filling and serving. Our salsa and water was never empty and everyone was genuinely concerned that we were happy. The real twist was the food- I ordered a meal that I have ordered a hundred times before, but never like this! The chicken was more seasoned and had more flavor, the portion size had increased, and the carne asada is also more flavorful than ever. My wife tried a shrimp in white cream sauce special that ended up serving her at dinner, and then two more servings later. The cream sauce was a rich, flavorful delicacy loaded with shrimp and mushrooms. If I have to criticize- I will point out that the salsa, while having a decent flavor- is not hot at all. I would love a hotter option if possible!Having always been a reliable standby- the last few visits catapult this restaurant to one of my favorites!
Bland Food. Has to be some of the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Microwave TV dinners have more flavor and spice to them. I won’t be giving them a second try.
Service was frazzled and slow. I had to ask for menus and tortillas with my fajita. The food was alright, nothing special. Probably won’t go back.
