It’s Mexican food. The only difference between a burrito and a taco is how the shell is folded. Chips and salsa is good and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I have been here many times and will probably go again.
Tried this because we drove by a HUGE mistake food is horrible and service sucked. I know they say try everthing once well I would not try this place lesson learned I eat out alot and have tried many mexican places this one is at bottom

If you want good chips this is the place to go. I have never been disappointed at fiesta guadalajara. the food is great and they have the best chips and salsa of any mexican restaurant i have ever been in.
Bland food and awful service. I saw my server twice (once to take the order and the other to give the check), and had to stop the random host to get a refill.
Fiesta Guadalajara is hands down the best Mexican food restaurant in the Boise area. I’ve tried most all of the Mexican restaurants and none compares to this one. The service is great and everything on the menu is awesome. The Carne Asada just melts in your mouth with the most amazing flavor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Worth the drive to Meridian.
