I love pizza and I travel a lot for work. Whenever I get to my hotel, I always look for a pizza joint. I have yet to find a pizza as good as Flying Pie. The restaurant is fun, the cheese is freshly made, and the pie is amazing. My family loves the Phosgo, but I am a meat pizza fan myself. I have never had a bad experience here. I only wish that soda would come in a bigger cup so I don’t have to get up every 5 minutes for a refill. If you haven’t gone to flying pie….. Go Now!

The chicken meat is the same stuff found in gas station sandwiches. It was uniformly pressed skin, gristle, skin, and meat patty. Flying pie thakes slices of that, and throws it on a $25 pizza. Quality ingredients are not found here.
Dont waste your time. Flying Pie is nothing like what they made there name on anymore, especially the Meridian location. Have been a long time fan but this location has ruined it for me. Staff is rude, lazy and could care less about keeping the place clean or that you are even there. There Tuesday buffet is B.S after waiting for a table for fifteen minutes when there were multiple open tables that they were too lazy to clean, we were told they sold out for the night after twelve minutes of starting it. You would think a place would like to have a full place but I guess not that surprising when you have a lazy rude staff.
