Great Wall. Have been there twice. Floor is not clean. The food is close to pure fat. I always ask re MSG They’re good has lots if breading and grease. Too much people noise. I do like if at all.
Good food. I liked the food, I thought it was good but I didn’t like their staff. They need a more professional staff.
Great Food!. We tried the take out. It was Fast, Friendly, Large servings, and was Great!
Not impressed. Ordered dinner for delivery at 7:00pm was told that it would take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. When 8:15 rolled around I received a call from the restaurant and they asked why it hadn’t been picked up. I reminded them it was for delivery and that was why I gave them my address. They said it was marked for pickup and not delivery. I had to verify that they were going to make new food and deliver first thing. I asked them how long it would be he said about 45 minutes. I asked them to cancel the order and he said about 30 minutes. We were starving by then so I agreed to wait 30 minutes. After talking to the delivery driver 2 times on the phone to explain where my house is we received our food at 8:00. The delivery service is a joke. My wife’s food was ok but mine was barely warm and was not that good. Will not order or go to Great Wall again. The food did not make up for the customer service shortfall. The whole experience was horrible.
Horrible. I have only eaten the buffet and do not expect great food from a buffet, but this was disgusting. Greasy and stale food!
New Years Eve. I do not usually comment one way or the other. I am making an exception. We had a very uncomfortable experience. The building was very cold, fans were blowing. Some of the wait staff were shivering. When we ordered our drinks water and ice tea, I got ice in my water, my husband got room temperature tea,(no ice). We never saw her at our table again. We got sushi which we didn’t think seemed fresh as trying different things. Then I saw the woman who waited on us go to the sushi bar and with her gloved hands pick up sushi walk to the garbage can and throw it in. Then she came back to the sushi bar and started putting left over sushi on a single plate with the same gloved hands she handle the garbage can and left overs from sushi bar. Then she took empty plates to kitchen. Then proceeded with vacuuming.The hose stretched across space by our table so other people and staff had to step over it plus kicking up dust over the food. We got there at 8pm. They closed at 10 pm. They starting taking food off at 8:30. Which was no loss. The food was mediocre and dried on edges. Could not chew through some of the meat. All together not a great experience. Some of the folks who wrote negative comments were point on. We will neither recommend it or go back.
To Go Food. Order from them this evening of 12/15/2012. Prok Sweet and Sour was ovwercooked. River was overcooked. Call them back to get money back but had to take a credit. Never had hard Sweet and Sour Pork but they did it. Now we have to try again. Not looking forward to trying another order at some time. Would not give me my moeny back.
