Ive always had a good experience at this location However after my last instance there I would NEVER place an order over the phone. Their customer service when an issue happens is atrocious. I placed an order via phone and came twenty minutes later ( when it was told it would be ready). She reads off an order that is nothing like mine. I tell her I placed an order 20 mins earlier. I read back the phone number she says I dont know our number. Really you dont know your number ? Grab a menu with it on it. Then she asks me to call it, I do and it rings. She doesnt know what to do, she talks w the other girl and they both dont recall anyone placing an order 20 minutes earlier. The other girl says well it could of only been us two we were the only ones on shift. So Im lying? Sounds like they cant remember an order being placed 20 mins earlier and forgot about it. Theyre trying to make it seem like I never placed it. I have it in my call log on my phone. She said she could place an order for us now, I asked how long it would be and she said 15 minutes. I left. Really mistakes happen, I get that but how the situation was handled by the girls running the front makes me not want to do business with them. They werent apologetic and seemed to act like I messed up. That is not how you treat patrons.
