Everything is freshly prepared and put in a buffet style serving. You select your bowl size which will determine the price. You then fill your bowl with any number of vegetables and meats and top it off with noodles if you so choose. Then you have about 20 sauces to flavor your meal with, try combining different ones for a unique taste. Once your done with this, you hand your bowl to one of the cooks who then place the content of your bowl on a round cook top and move it around it until everything is cooked. If you dont add enough sauce they will add water to it so it wont burn so be sure to add enough sauce as to not have it diluted by the water. When it is finished they place everything in a new bowl or to-go box for you. Dont forget to tip your cook and enjoy!
