  First time I had been there for a while. The food was not what I was used to getting their. Will probably not go back. Very disappointed. The others that ate what they ordered were not used to Chinese food and had nothing to compare too. The Mandan chicken I had was definitely the worst I have gotten. Will go to Mandran Palace next time I go out for Chinese food.

  Absolutely terrible service. The worst I have ever had for delivery service. We called and were told it would take between an hour and an hour and 20 minutes for delivery. While it wasn’t ideal, we were willing to give it a go. After an hour and 40 minutes, I called to inquire about the delay. I was promptly put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. When I called back, they let the phone ring at least twenty times before picking up (surprised there was no answering machine). They asked to put me on hold again and I told them no. I wanted to know when my food would be delivered – as this was almost two hours after my order was placed. They did put me on hold to check on my order. They came back to the phone and said that when the delivery driver got back, mine would be the very next order to go out. I explained that this was ridiculous, as it would put us at least 2 hours+ since my order was placed. The lady asked me how long I had been told that it would take. When I explained my hour – hour and 20 minute expectation, she told me they have been 2+ hours behind all night. I explained that this would’ve been very valuable information to have when I placed my order and she offered no empathy, but said they’d discount my order by 20 minutes when they could finally get it out. Funny.What a joke this place has become. It will be the very last time I ever order from them and would encourage all others to avoid this restaurant at all costs. Take a chance somewhere else. Even if you’re disappointed, at least you’ll have time to find a backup plan. A much better scenario that I had tonight.AVOID QWIK WOK and save yourself a ton of frustration, time and disappointment.

  The food is good BUT not the service. I used to go to quik wok in Boise on overland and liked it a lot, so I thought I would try this one out. We’ve been there two times in the most recent past. The first time we called for delivery but was told it would take over two hours and so we opted for take out which we were told would only take 30 minutes. I showed up at the location forty minutes later and ended up waiting for another forty minutes. The restaurant was nearly empty and I wasn’t happy about that, but we liked the food so we thought maybe we would give it another chance. The next time we dined it, and my husband wanted a bigger portion because he didn’t think that the smaller option would fill him up. It was an option on the menu, and it was more money. He asked to order that and was told that that option was only if he was ordering take out. It was so ridiculous. He went with the smaller option and was left hungry and ended up stopping by another place to get a burger. The portion size was very small! I don’t understand why they wouldn’t allow us to order something different and offer to pay more for it.

  Quik Wok. Used to be good. Now the food is worse than bland. Too bad, loved going there.

  Brown sweet & sour sauce!. Nothing special. The food is very Americanized, but it tastes good and it’s consistant. They’re also open into the late evening, deliver, and have my beloved brown sweet & sour sauce. goodtastebadtaste.com
