Dinner. Monday Sep 15 2014I had dinner alone at Sakana. In the past it was very good, but this evening it wasover-done. It took quite awhile for me to get my dinner. Two couples that came inafter me were served their meals before I received mine. I’m not sure I will go toSakana again. This is thede first time I was truly disappointed here.

This place is amazing! This was the first place I ever had sushi and I keep coming back because its fresh clean and always tasty.
Lousy Sushi. I have to say I am very disappointed in this place….I like good sushi or should I say fresh sushi, this is not the place to go if you want fresh sushi and I understand why they grind up the fish, they use substandard fish. We went in for dinner tonight and I wanted the spicy tuna thinking I would get a whole piece of tuna in my roll instead it was ground up, so I asked if I could have whole tuna instead…they brought me whole tuna spicy roll, it was fishy and nasty tasting, my boyfriend got a mixed platter his was also all ground up, he did eat his but he said it was not good and he likes most all sushi…he ate a piece of mine and even said it was nasty. I have to say Shiges beat this place hands down, I am betting Fred Meyer sushi would be better than this was…on top of me not eating my sushi I had to pay for it and I only at one piece and my boyfriend tasted one of mine. I even told them I was very unhappy about the meal they just said sorry. After we left I was upset enough to call back and tell them how disappointed I was lol she finally gave me back the money for the tuna roll I didn’t eat…….If you want good sushi I would suggest Shiges at least the fish is fresh and they don’t have to grind it up to hide any substandard nasty fish.
Excellent sushi! Chefs extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Sushi was very fresh & flavorful. High marks for presentation. Would definitely come back again.
Great service very clean. Wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the worst. Setting was nice and hip. Good music!
Yummy!. Awesome food! The sushi rolls are nicely priced and delicious! The tempura shrimp was great and my favorite part of the meal!
