About
OUR FRIES We obtain the finest and freshest potatoes available from M&M Heath Farms in Buhl, Idaho. We prepare each potato, with love, and follow a strict regiment to ensure each fry retains its quality and flavor. All vegetables are fried in natural, GMO-free sunflower seed oil and left unsalted so customers can choose from any of BFC's house-made seasonings and dipping sauces. OUR BURGERS We buy our local, natural, and grass-fed bison from Brown’s Buffalo Ranch, located just up the street in Nyssa, Oregon. Our beef is free-free range, grass-fed, and hails from Double R Ranch, headquartered in Boise, Idaho. Our vegan burgers are made from scratch with black beans, red quinoa, and a mixture of herbs and spices. To top it off, we use a wholewheat potato bun prepared locally by Gaston’s Bakery and baked daily fresh in-store. OUR PROCESS We use natural, local, and whenever feasible, organic products. We produce little to no waste. We recycle our sunflower seed oil in cars.Details

Great place to take out of town guests. The employees were very helpful in helping us choose the fries and fry sauce. The burger was average but it was fun picking out the fries and trying all of the sauces.
Of course the fries are amazing, and all the sauces and salts you can try. The BLT’s are divine! And try the malt vinegar to dip your fries in.
I thought the burger was mediocre, but the fries are a different story! The fact that you choose the type of potato, then the seasoning and sauce, makes this place a go-to for a unique experience for out of state guests who like fries!
Really enjoyed the visit to BFC. Had the Bison Burger and purple fries. Tried about 6 or 7 different fry sauces. Loved the Garlic sauce. Also had the fries, cheese and gravy. Letf feeling stuffed to say the least. We will return!
