One of the best. Huge coffee shop! Very spacious for being a coffee/deli place. Great decor and atmosphere. Had their standard mocha and was impressed – not too syrupy or lacking taste..just right! Also got a sandwich there and it was super fresh with quality bread, meat, etc. Definitely recommend as one of the better coffee shops in downtown.

Wanted a surprise and something different from Starbucks. The coffee was unique and balanced with truly a hand crafted flavor in a mocha. The hummus bagel was also outstanding with fresh ingredients and the desert pastry (I forgot what I had) didn’t suck. The poetry crowd arrived and did weird me out, but Id go again for the coffee. It was my 6th best cup of coffee Ive ever had.
So yummy!. Alia’s is the place I have been searching for in Boise! Great bagels- check. Extensive cream cheese options- check. Non-bagel breakfast options- check. Lunch- check. Great coffee/coffeehouse type drinks- check. Large seating area- check. At this point, the great customer service and proximity to a nice little book store are just bonuses. Alia’s is wonderful. You should check it out.
Favorites. One of our favorite places to go. They have a great menu selection of food, not only bagels. The bagel sandwiches are tasty though and you can get them toasted if you’d like. You also get chips and choice of a pickle or pepper. Coffee is great and they use Flying M’s brew rather than Dawson and Taylor. Lots of seating, great relaxing atmosphere and outdoor seating as well. Bookstore right next door. Come in to do homework, read a book, or just have a sandwich and coffee to start the day.
Fantastic bagels and great coffee.
River City has amazing desserts that are made fresh. The atmosphere is very calm and a great place to read the paper or surf the web using their free wi-fi. The people are very friendly and recognize the frequent customers. The pricing is a little expensive but does have a great quality of food and service.
