  Oh my dearest Asiago’s you satiate my love of American-Italian food every time! I am Italian, (both sides of my family), and Asiago’s is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Boise. Yes, it’s Americanized Italian food, but it’s extremely difficult to find authentic Italian food anywhere in the U.S., even in Manhattan’s LIttle Italy.With that said, Asiago’s serves delightful American Italian food! They offer a diverse menu with a nice array of rotating specials. Even their seafood dishes are good and it’s not easy to serve seafood hundreds of miles from the ocean. The Gnocchi di Zucca is so good, it makes me want to slather it all over my body. The Il Fungo Selvaggio, a mushroom pasta with other flavorful ingredients, made me want to order a second serving so I could eat it again the next day and savor it all over again. You get the point: Asiago’s food is gastric glory!Their service is also prompt, polite and I admired our server’s way with wine; classy and elegant. I take my family to Asiago’s when they visit and they love it every time. In an ideal world, I’d hire Asiago’s chefs as my personal gastric guides!.

  I’ve eaten my last bad meal at this restaurant. Visited 4 or 5 times and I’ve never had a decent meal here. Service is slow, food is bad, and it is overpriced.With a plethora of great options downtown, why would anybody go to Asiago’s?

  Great Date spot downtown. Met my future wife her for our first date and returned years later to still find this gem. Great menu, reasonable prices and a friendly staff.
