Not about the customer. We ordered a family meal and a meatball sub salad was nasty and old bread was burnt meatball sub was wrong , manager said sorry he would put my name on the so called board for a comp meal , called today to cash in on that comp meal, and my name wasn’t on the board . The girl pretty much said to bad so sad. Didn’t care at all . Bad food bad service, I was willing to try again. Oh well another lost customer ,I won’t be back.
Pleasantly surprised!. Been wanting to try this place, so went in last week. Got the family meal, leaded sauce, and found it was very tasty, primarily due to the sauce. For $20, pasta/sauce/salad/bread–can’t go wrong.
Good Food. Spaghetti Betty is good. For less than 30 bucks you can feed your family. The meatballs are good as well as the bread and of course the spaghetti is nice. It is not Gino’s but you cannot feed your family there for less than $150.
Customer service lacking! Called to order dinner for our family of 6 plus friends.Young man told me could not deliver past 3 mile radius-we live at the 4 mile point. He said he could do a to go order but I explained we had extra kids over so unable to. I have yet to see this place busy but was excited to try it out! Guess it’s pizza tonight! Sad to loose a big order over a mile
Disaster!. Everything was fine until we reached home…We opened the bag to discover the bottom had melted out of the sauce container. It was a horrible mess. We salvaged as best we could to eat the meal, but even that wasn’t very good. The noodles are very big, more like chow mein than spaghetti. The salvaged sauce was bland, even with the addition of meat. The salad had a pool of dressing seeping out of the take-out box. Honestly, if you are a takeout establishment, you should know how to package takeout! Even the bread, while tasty, was simply wrapped in paper and so became soggy in the spilled sauce. I would go back and demand a refund, but I’m afraid they’d offer us more of their mediocre food again.
Horrible employees. My wife wasn’t greeted when she entered and the guy at the counter treated her like she was a leaper when she asked about her order. He got her name mixed up but somehow the name was right on the order? He was rude and didn’t even say thank you after handing her the food. The actual meal was forgettable. The meatball was mushy. I guarantee it was frozen, the mush was a dead give away. The sauce was mostly water. The way it pooled up on our plates at home was not appetizing at all. The salad looked and tasted like a bagged salad from Fred Meyers (I’m guessing thats exactly what it was). The actual pasta wasnt bad if not a tad too thick. We wont be going back. I try to support local owned but when its this bad and when the employees clearly hate their jobs like this, I just can’t stomach the idea of it lasting. I hope it goes under soon to be replaced with someplace that cares.
Great food at a great price. The food was great and the price was even better. Huge portion for the single! More than enough for one person and leftovers. Was in and out in a flash, which was great on my short lunch break. The pasta is obviously fresh, and the sauce was delicious. I will be back, for sure! Thanks for lunch!!
