Good Atmosphere…bad air!. I love this place but in recent times we have found the aroma inside to be reminicent of overpowering body odor! If they could find a way to remedy this issue, many would be grateful!
They buy their meat from Sysco. Java in Hyde Park always seems to be hopping. So, I figured that they would be giving their customers a higher quality food. I asked the last time I was in there and with a chuckle, what appeared to be the manager told me that they bought their ham from Sysco. That sucks. I go elsewhere.
Turkey melt. Do NOT go to this restaurant. Read my review and save yourself a headache and some $$$. On top of the bad food, the children working there had all the attitude of a grounded 16 year old.23 Jun, 2011Turkey melt. AWFUL!!!! It took them 20 minutes to make this sandwich, then when I got back to work and opened the to-go container, the guy had put the turkey melt slice face down in the box, and then put the slice with avacado smeared on top of the other slice. So I had a soggy avacado sandwich, a bunch of toppings laying in the bottom of the box, and some yucky tortilla chips. Oh yeah, it cost me 15 bucks!!! They are not worth it in any way.
