Though the food is good, you may have lost your appetite with the large serving if attitude that comes with your entree. The staff seems indifferent and inaccurate in their assessment of how long an order will take to come out. I find it amazing that a Mediterranean restaurant can expect someone to wait wait 20+ minutes for a gyro – a GYRO – at lunchtime on a business day. The last time I was in there, I got an alternate dish when I was told the gyro would be 20+ minutes getting out to me. Problem is, the ALTERNATE dish took as long to come out, and when it did they left off the fries. Adding insult to injury, no one seemed to give a damn when I asked that we just cancel the whole order – even the manager offered a very feeble and obligatory apology. I own a business nearby this place and frequently buy lunch for my whole staff from here. No longer.

After living in Germany for three years and then coming back to the states, we thought that we wouldn’t ever be able to get a good gyro or Greek food like we did on Europe. I am pleased to say that I was wrong! Mazzah’s tastes and smells transported me right back. Don’t miss the opportunity to have a taste of the Mediterranean right here in Boise Idaho.
The food was amazing and fresh. Very decent prices especially for the portion. Thought the server that helped me was rude. The food is the only thing that will bring me back. Though I admit I will not be excited to see the same server again .
Everything here is delicious, but get the Chicken shawarma. So good! Reasonable prices, friendly staff! You must go!!
Great food! Great price! Great people that won’t make fun of you when you can’t pronounce the menu 🙂 My wife and I had gyros and split a dolma app for under $18. If you are looking for a new taste this is it. The dolma was mind-blowing.
Mediterranean at its BEST!!!. It’s any wonder why Mazzah has won best of Boise 4 years back to back, my husband and I are fan-favorites of this classy-casual Mediterranean joint. When we came in we ordered combos for the family and kids meals for our daughters, not only were the kabobs made fresh to order but all of the side dishes had a pleasant taste and aroma of the region that Mazzah bears its name, needless to say we had an excellent night with stuffed bellies, Thanks Mazzah!!!!!
