Thought I’d give this place a try since it’s so close to me. I don’t think I can say I’ve regretted it more. I bought the E combo thinking I’d get a taste of everything I like and have some leftover to eat for lunch the next day. I literally took at couple bites from each item if that. Everything I got was terrible. I got mandarin chicken and it was smothered in sauce and had clearly been sitting for some time. I also pull a little trick at new Chinese restaurants just to know at least one item is fresh. The trick is to order an item and ask that they take out some of the items included in the dish. I chose to do this with the chicken chow mein. It was quite hot in comparison to the other items so I assume it was fresh but I can’t be too sure because the results of trying it were terrible. It was so salty I couldn’t eat more than 3 bites. I actually found a large piece of salt in the second bite but thought maybe the salt wasn’t mixed in well. Nope I made sure to get a bite from the bottom and it was equally as salty. Of course I had to get the fried rice, even some of the worst fried rice is usually edible. Not here I took one bite and it was enough. It smelt and tasted like it was cooked in a dirty dish. The last item I tried was the egg roll if you want to call it that. I assumed it would have some meat and be made with some form of eggs. Not the case. If I had to say it was something it was a spring roll and it was just as bad as the rest of my food. It was stale and reminded me of something I’d find in a school cafeteria and that’s being kind. This place is definitely a no go. You’re better off grabbing something from the frozen section at your local grocery store.
