What is going on over there?. Wow. Where do I begin? I’ve eaten here for years with no problems, so I was completely unprepared for the terrible experience I had this evening. I ordered delivery. They told me it would be 45 minutes. Okay, no problem. An hour later, they still hadn’t shown up. I can’t possibly imagine what took them so long, because they obviously weren’t using that time to cook my food fresh. When the driver finally showed, what he presented us with was inedible. The sweet and sour pork was dry and the lo mein was overcooked. It was so disgusting that we could not eat it, and ended up throwing it all away. When we called the restaurant to complain about it, the host was very rude and supremely unhelpful. He did not even try to apologize or retain us as customers at all. I think that we deserve better than that, so I won’t be spending my money here in the future.
Honestly not good. I can make better and I don’t really cook.. Not trying to be rude but just stating the facts. what they call kimchee is more like sweet nasty cole slaw. We ordered five things off the menu to be delivered but I ended up cooking top ramen for my rice loving kids. The egg fooyong is like more like fried corn stuffing with little eggs. The other plates that we picked from the cheff special menu went to the garbage without being touched. weird sauce and lots of overcooked veggies. Mongolian beef was the only thing we could eat but if you like PF changs style Mongolian beef then you’re going to be disappointed. Maybe one day someone will open a chinese here in town worth eating at.
Best Chinese food in Pocatello. Chang’s garden has the best Szechuan pork and shrimp I’ve ever had by far. It is the best chinese food in Pocatello.
They need to make sure that for GLUTEN FREE, they actually use gluten free soy sauce!!!!
Fast. The food was good and it was out to the table in a couple of minuites.
This is some of the best Chinese take-out I’ve ever had. The vegetables in the chicken noodle soup were so fresh and delicious and the soup was not too salty. Just right. Great job!
Kathi. Very good food.
