Fast food quality, but more expensive. I don’t expect a lot from chili’s, but the last time I ate there I was underwhelmed even with low expectations. The food was lukewarm at best, and pretty bland. The tables were not particularly clean, and the floor doubly so. The service was fine, but then it should have been given that the place was practically empty. You can get a less expensive meal of similar quality but in a cleaner environment at any fast food restaurant.
Another dissapointing visit…why do I keep trying??. My first burger was burned, my second was raw. Never saw a manager in the hour I was there–11:30-12:30. Very slow service, but the waitress was nice. The restaurant was getting lined up with customers as we were leaving. I wonder how long they will wait for their food? I keep hoping this Chili’s gets it together but alas it continues to be a disappointment.
Horrible. I ate at this Chili’s while visiting family in Chubbuck and had a horrible experience. The restaurant was empty, so we were told to sit wherever we wanted and apparently we picked the wrong place to sit because the server kept forgetting about us! The food took over an hour to come and then when it did come, the soup and fries were cold, the sandwiches dried out, the salad was limp and the chicken strips were not cooked thoroughly. When we tried to get more salad dressing to make the salad semi-palatable, we were left sitting there for 15 minutes before the server remembered to bring it to us and then when she did, it was the wrong dressing! We could never get the server’s attention and the only time she was at our table was when we walked out and she was afraid we didn’t pay our bill! I will NEVER return to this Chili’s, they should just remove the Chili’s logo because it was nothing like any other Chilis Restaurant I have eaten at from California to Idaho!
