Amazing!. Every time I go to the JJ on 5th I get amazing service, the workers are always so uplifting and joyful, right when ya walk in they greet ya, every single one of them! I really like this one compared to the one in Chubbuck area. The one on 5th is always so fresh and the bread is just right and the workers are so kind, only thing is the music is so loud, then the Chubbuck area one, the bread is always dry freshness is pretty good, the workers are stuck up! Except for maybe one or two, I have honestly had good expierence at both, but I enjoy everything and everyone more at the one on 5th! 🙂 definitely 5 out of 5!01 Jan, 2015Amazing!. Usually 100%. I order JJ a lot. And usually they’re great! Service is great and food is great but I have had A few problems. (Only with the JJ on 5th) When ordering, if I get any sides (chips, cookies, drinks) they will ALWAYS be forgotten. (All I order is sandwiches now). Another time I ordered a couple sandwiches and the guy on the phone was rude and impatientt. The sandwiches took aalmost an hour to get here and the driver was rude. And when I finally got to eating my sandwich it was all dried out. I don’t usually call with complaints but I was really mad at this time. The female manager was extremely rude. She should not have been in that position at all and she refused to do anything about it. Tho I can never quit eating JJ I did wait awhile to order again. =/

Me want jimmy johns. I crave Jimmy Johns on a regular basis. their sammys are the best i love adding sprouts to them MMM and extra mayo. I only wish there was a location in Chubbuck, its a long drive for me to get across town so i only get to eat there when we are out running errands. love it!
