So the person that took my over the phone order sounded like she just started today. I asked for a pizza sub, and she said pizza sub? As if she didn’t know what I was talking about. And I said yes a pizza sub, then she asked if I wanted everything on it. I said what do you mean everything I just want a pizza sub. All it has is bread, cheese, pepperoni and pizza sauce? Again I repeated myself I was a whole pizza sub, I asked for a salad with ranch and 2 extra ranches and get home to only one ranch. Not to mention that the person that took my order didn’t tell me how long it would take them to cook- she told me my total and I said okay perfect, expecting them to say how long it would be, but instead she hung up on me as I sat there waiting for her to say something. Pretty annoyed I specifically said how many ranches I needed for my food. I did check my sandwich before I pullled out of their parking lot because this girl had no idea what she was doing, I assumed I had the rest of my order but I guess that’s what I get for assuming. I used to eat here way more, and now I remember why I stopped.
