It was great when it first opened, but they’ve gotten a little lazy. The pizza is always a little cold, and it only tastes ok. They occasionally have bands playing upstairs, which can be fun. They do make their own root beer, which is usually the only thing I get there. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to see the local bands.
If you are looking to get in and out in a reasonable time, do not go mid-afternoon. While the beer and food was good, it took about 90 minutes total from the time we ordered to the time we left. That was for a sandwich and wings. Another group was there before us, and they got their food just before us, and their checks at the same time. At least the wi-fi was free to occupy the time.
Excellent and creative. Service was friendly, quick and intelligent! The beers were solid. Red Death soup had plenty of yeehaa. son loved dessert .
Excellent!!!. Foods was good, beer was great, and atmosphere was wonderful! Excellent dark beers.
Loved it!!! Food was excellent and the beer was outstanding. Try the sampler!! Can’t wait to come back!
Great place haven’t tried the beer but the food is exceptional and the service is great. The live music is nice and the paintings that are in the restaurant are never the same when you come back. Doesn’t take too long when you’re waiting for your food and people are spaced far enough away that you’re not screaming over one another. Definitely will be back in the future.
Destination brewpub. Good beer, excellent food, delightful staff. Worth a special trip. pizza is pricey but the portions are big – here’s a tip: the giant salty pretzel with the mozzarella with a side of marinara is an excellent and cheaper alternative to pizza, and actually better, I think. Salads are good and interesting, menu should be no prob for vegetarians. Only problem: I CRAVE it, so it seems, every Sunday, and they’re closed (like every other restaurant in this town – c’mon – I know it’s the Lord’s day and all, but we still gotta eat, and it’s still the weekend!).
