NO WAY. I live near here and can sometimes hear the bands playing in the summer.I came here on a recommendation of the finger steaks years ago when I first moved to Twin Falls and could not see inside and the smoke was so bad my eyes were watering. One of the waitresses asked if she could seat us, but we declined. It wasn’t for us then.Flash forward a few years ago (March 2008) and after contacting Tim Woodward of the Idaho Statesman about finding or knowing of the recipe for Mylo’s Torch Cafe finger steaks (there were none better) a co-worker and I decided to try this place again.NOTHINGS CHANGED IT’S TOO SMOKEY.If this is Americana like one reviewer claims it is then keep it. I did not even try the food as I am certain the smoke permeates the food.I have a lot of respect for Ryan H. but even the smoke here is too much. If the finger steaks are that good then open a new place with no smoking and I ‘ll be there. That is all.
