Jakers employees worked together in unison to ensure all ourdining needs were met in a friendly yet professional manner. The menu has a wonderful selection ofeverything from appetizers (Spinach Dip with artichokes in it served withbaugettes), to small hot round scones served with honey butter to a wonderfulselection of entrees from sea food to steaks to a great selection of salads,to mouth-watering desserts! Our food wascooked to perfection and arranged in appetizing ways. Our beverages, appetizer, hot round scones,entrees and dessert were all served in a flowing manner which made our eveningso enjoyable! We enjoyed a SirloinSteak and the Strawberry Chicken Salad.Both entrees were served in an appetizing manner and the steak was sotender and delicious that no additional sauces are needed. The strawberry chicken salad was deliciousand consisted of a wonderful mixture of items to please the palate! Perhaps the thing that stayed with us in the endwas enjoying the last bite of our raspberry cheesecake divine! Five Star Rating
Amazing Avacado Burger!. We went to Jakers for a quick dinner and had a great experience. Jakers is located on the main road through town and is easy to find and the parking is plentiful. It is often busy there, but we were seated right away. From the minute we walked through the door the staff was friendly, helpful and energetic. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and took good care of us. She explained the specials menu and answered our questions about the menu. My husband had the coconut encrusted Gulf Shrimp with Bistro mashed potatoes and potato soup. The shrimp were huge and cooked just right. The crispy coconut and flavorful dipping sauces made the flavors pop. The textures and seasonings in the mashed potatoes and soup were spot on. My avocado burger was huge, very juicy, and cooked just right. I especially enjoyed the loads of sauted mushrooms on the burger. Once I got all of the toppings and warm cheese sauce on the burger I could barely get my mouth around it. I just dove right in and enjoyed every flavorful bite. The onion rings were thickly sliced and crispy. I really enjoyed the warm crunchy flavor. The bottomless soft drinks made the dinner even better. After dinner we ordered cheesecake and fruit topping to go. It was very good! Our server was very prompt and attentive throughout the evening. As we left the building several employees wished us a good evening. It is a great value for the price.31 Jan, 2015Great bar tenders!. We went to Jaker’s on a Friday night and were greeted by the hostess. We sat at the bar where three female bartenders were working. They worked together like clock work to make sure we were taken care of the whole evening. They got our drink, appetizer, and dinner orders quickly and everything was delivered in a timely matter. The bacon wrapped shrimp was good, but a little over priced. We really enjoyed the mushroom burger with sweet potato fries and shrimp tacos with rice for dinner. Everything was delivered fresh, hot, and delicious. The bartenders kept our drinks full and talked with us throughout our dinner. They engaged all of the customers and were happy, attentive, and fun! The dinner was a good deal for the price. We really enjoyed our evening at Jaker’s.
Wow, what a burger!. I have several good entrees at Jaker’s in Twin Falls, but my new favorite has to be the Avocado Burger! I can honestly say it was the best burger I have ever had. Cooked just right and topped with mushrooms, cheese and fresh avocado, it was amazing. I would totally recommend the onion rings as a side and you have have a meal to remember. The service was good, the atmosphere was relaxing, what a great way to enjoy lunch.10 Oct, 2014Great Fall Menu. The fall menu features some of my favorite things and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We started with the cheese soup and it was yummy, I loved the green chilies. It was spicy but not hot. The chicken salad with apples was next and also very good. I asked for blue cheese dressing on the side and the flavors were amazing together. I would order both again, and I hope to get there before they are gone.
Jaker’s.. Best Dinner in Town. My wife and i go out for dinner every week, so we enjoy variety. At Jaker’s the menu is just that,…seafood to pasta,steaks salads and more. We just enjoyed steaks there for the first time in a while. Wow the Kobe beef is excellent, maybe even better than I had in Japan. The service there is always above the standard. It is a relaxing place to go. The food is always fresh and delicious. My wife had the cedar plank salmon and almost ate the plank ,it was that good!I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Bon A petite13 Oct, 2014Great food in Twin Falls. Jaker’s is one of the best places to go out for dinner in Twin Falls. My wife and I were just there and the food was great! But then so was the service. We both stepped out of the box and enjoyed/shared Drunken Noodles and grilled salmon. As an amateur chef myself it’s rare to find a restaurant that meets my picky taste but here it is in Twin Falls. I have also waited tables in my younger years so service is expected if they expect a tip …they really earned it! Fantastic job kudos all around from the wait staff to kitchen and back. I was very impressed.
Always great service and good food!. It is so nice to be able to count on a restaurant when it comes to great service and good food. Last week I was at Jakers for lunch and I decided to try something new. I was very glad I did, the turkey bacon wrap was great. I would totally recommend that with the French Onion soup and scones. I know that’s a lot of bread for lunch, but it’s totally worth it! Shout out to Jeremy our waiter for suggesting something new!
Food and atmosphere is great!. We have been there about five times and every time the food has been great and the waiters and waitresses are always really great.
Out of a can would have tasted better!. I ordered seafood linguini one tiny shrimp salmon and cod peaces the size of a dime salmon very fishy Alfredo tasted like canned milk come on people 15.99 hmmm no wonder I stay home and cook my self!
