Another of my favorites around Twin Falls, this place definitely has its own thing going on. For anyone just wanting to try it out, get the Phat Thai or the drunken noodles, or both.
Salt soy sauce and msg. I had lunch there a few weeks ago, ordered ginger and black mushrooms with chicken. It was horrible, it tasted like salt on a bed of rice. terribly disappointed. I e-mailed the owner and he did not seem to care much wether or not you enjoyed your dinning experience.
Could be better.. Takeout had good portions and the sweet and sour was decenet, but the rest was pretty bland overall. Prefer A Taste of Thai over Prasai’s for the complexity of flavor and authenticity.
Great Thai!. Have eaten here for years and haven’t had one thing that wasn’t delicious! Love their paht thai and drunken noodle. Must eats!

Pork Drunken Noodles. I have enjoyed eating at Prasai’s for years. I like many dishes at Prasai’s like lemon chicken and garlic pork, but the Drunken Noodles with Pork is the best ever. I like it spicy. The veggies are always cooked just right and the pork is tender. I highly recommend this restaurant and this dish for anyone who loves Thai food and/or pork.
