A favorite of our family who are a bunch of Mexican food snobs from Texas. I have their Fiesta Burrito at least twice a month. Those rating this place low should stick to Taco Bell as they clearly like Americanized Mexican food. The only thing below par at this place is their very runny salsa. Thicken it up guys!

The best Charbroiled Chicken in the Treasure Valley. I have been eating at Fiesta Chicken in Boise for a couple of years now. The food is amazing and you get WAY more for the money than just about anywhere else. The prices are low and the portions are HUGE. Their burritos are GIGANTIC and delicious. My favorite is the Fiesta Grilled burrito – it has a chipotle ranch sauce that is amazing. Their charbroiled chicken reminds me of El Pollo Loco in California, only better! Their homemade sides are outstanding and they have the best Spanish rice I have ever tasted.We go there a couple of times a month, even though it is about 13 miles from where we live. Give it a try – you will not be disappointed. Oh, by the way, if you ask for the $3.99 special (not on the menu) you will be blown away! You get two pieces of chicken, two large sides, and a refillable soft drink. It will fill you up. Where else can you eat a delicious and filling, homemade meal for that price. No where in Boise that I know of.
Excellent Salads and Burritos. The grilled chicken is the foundation of many of my favorite items. The chicken can be a bit spicy and adds great flavor to the fresh romaine salads and burritos. The prices are great, too.
Just ate there for the first time and it was really good. I’m sorry I didn’t try it sooner. Had the charbroiled chicken with rice and beans.
Our family really enjoys eating here. The value is great. The food quality is very good and the taste is outstanding. It’s difficult to find a place that is affordable other than fast food chains. This is far from fast food quality. It’s really good!!
