Worst experience EVER!!!. It took us 30 minutes for any service and they served us WARM sushi. Once we complained, they sent out the manager who became belligerent with us. The staff is so slow that it reminded me of federal employee speed. I made this account just so that I could complain about how awful the service and food is. They give a bad name to the food scene in Idaho and they have tarnished the name of sushi everywhere.
Sushi once a week. Went into iou in Nampa tonight like we have been doing for as long as I can remember, note at at entry door – read it- ask a few questions and we left, prices went up amount of food went down, make sure you ask the right questions when you go in, things have changed and not for the better. We ate next store at Buffalo Wild Wings , oh well it was only four of us looking for dinner, no big deal times twenty people a day, oh well it was nice to have you around for a while IOU.
The food was good but the service was terrible. Our server was nice but it took almost 10 minutes just to take our drink order and then another 10 before he took out food order.
Good food, HORRIBLE service. Best to just call in an order and pick it up. Dine in=disaster.
Not good! It sucks too much money for what you get! They were nice but the food is just gross:(
Worst Sushi. I had went there because someone told me they were very good. When I entered the place was very dirty,and the people were rude. The man took my kids orders who are 6 and 4without asking me. My kids do not need to each eat there own full size plate. THe sushi was not very good but the people attitudes were way worse.
