The service is good but the food is average. The best thing we had was the queso to start the meal off. The chimichanga is a bit bland and cover with a liquid aside causing it to be doggy instead of crispy. The extra large flatas were good. About 3 out of 5.
I’ve been coming here for years.. La Hacienda was good up to a couple of years ago. This last time was horrendous. I brought my family here like I always do and the service was appalling. Servers conversing around cell phones. Texting and on FB while paying customers are waiting to place orders. When order were placed, took a long time for the servers to return to give said orders. When the good was served, everything felt as if it was microwaved. This was not the standard a couple of years again. When complained to the manager, he was on yes cell phone texting. And ignoring the serves calls for assistance. Simply…I will not be giving them any more business.
Good food, festive and very nice attentive staff. Nice decor and building on busy street.
Food is nothing to write home about, However, it is an absolute chick festival on wed. and thurs. nights in the bar. Bartender Martha is attentive. Leave your significant other at home.
Great Mexican Food. The decor of this place is that of a ‘Mexican Hacienda’. VERY clean and charming. We went here on a Friday and the place WAS packed, which was a good sign. We wound up sitting at the bar to avoid the 45 min wait. The Bartender was on top of her game and greeted us AND had drinks infront of us within seconds of sitting down and ordering. Standard Mexican fare for beer. Quite a few tequilas to choose from also.I had the carne asada which was DELICIOUS. The only complaint was the small portions of refried beens and mexican rice that accompanied the dish. They were more garnish than a side. My partner had the fresh fish which i believe was tilapia and the presentation was great. They did a great job and we will definately come back :-)AMBIANCE: AFOOD: B+SERVICE: B+
