My first attempt to come here was with a group on a Friday night and the wait was too long, but I tried again on a Wednesday evening and was seated immediately. Both the beer and the food were great! The interior has a cool industrial vibe and the bar that was hand-crafted in the attached Heineman Bar Company has an inlaid 300-million-year-old piece of petrified wood that’s really cool to see.Highlights: the scotch egg and the Breakweizen. Also, starting this week, they’ll have a $15 burger, beer, and shot special on Wednesdays! I’m so glad this is in my neighborhood and I’ll definitely be back.

Came here just for drinks. They have a great beer selection! The place is very spacious and I like the ambiance. Great addition to Albany Park. The food looked amazing! I will be back for dinner and definitely recommend this place.

So it was Father’s Day yesterday and I was trying to come up with something cool for us to do for dinner. So the things that drew me to this place were: they brew their own beer, they have burgers (always a plus) and they are in Albany park which is a neighborhood I haven’t spent much time in.To my delight the restaurant lived up to the hype. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and had delicious toppings. The beer was unbeatable – I wish I would have eaten less to make room for more beer. My husband’s pork shank was good and falling off the bone tender.Bonus: kid friendly and kids menu – always a huge plus in my book!
