Jamesons is a local chain of steakhouses thats known to host holiday dinners. We were lucky enough to make a reservation, however we were sat almost 30 minutes after our reservation time. Unfortunately, the host disregarded us and seated walk-in guests ahead of us, despite our reservation. Once we got seated however, our server was swift in taking our orders, and the food came out shortly after. To begin, we had the cream of chicken and rice soup, which was fantastic. Topped with fresh pepper, the soup was flavorful and soothing. Next, I had the house salad with garlic dressing. The garlic dressing was the best part of the salad, and it was addicting to eat. The fresh bread and whipped butter accompanied it nicely. The shrimp dejonghe was served afterward with steamed broccoli. The roasted red potatoes given after had no seasoning, which made it a little unappetizing. The shrimp was quite small and the butter was overwhelming. I was quite full from the other courses, so I ended up taking it home. However, I do think the quality of food has gone down since the last time Ive been here.

Terrible steaks, even worse management. Don’t waste your money or time going here it’s soooo bad. They wouldn’t know a decent steak if it hit them in the face. Like other reviews here have said, basically this is a wannabe steakhouse. Overpriced cafeteria-quality food.
