Was driving to hotel and saw the sign. Loved the name so decided to stop and try it. Full rack rib special that night but decided on quarter ribs and brisket bunt ends two meat dinner. Ribs were good but where the size of Rib tips not a full rib usually. Burnt ends where acceptable for the north. Not best but not the worst I’ve had either. Very pleasant and professional staff. Sat outside on the patio – has a bar out here too so quick service. BBQ was interesting – for one of the first times I had a hard time figuring out the ingredients ..think maybe some bourbon ..sweet and tasty on the ribs.
