The reviews for this place were really good so we went. WTFit really was poor. We didn’t want Hibachi so we’re planning to sit in the small area on the right as you walk. Only room was in the corner looking at the kitchen supplies so we opted for one of the un used Hibachi tables. Service was so slow we thought they had forgotten about us. Sushi we ordered wasn’t worth the wait. Usually we give restaurants at least 2 try’s to assess the experience. Here our first will be our last.
My family and I took my husband here tonight for his 40th birthday. Everything about this place was wonderful! We have a 18 month old son and he had as much of a good time as my mother, father and husband had. Everyone was so kind and we felt very welcome here. The food, service, and the chefs make this place wonderful. Not to forget about the smiling happy staff. Very impressed! You made our night and my husbands birthday special!We are happy to have you near our neighborhood.

Sushi is fantastic! Rokbonki has the best sushi in the NW suburbs!
