TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!Been going here for years. Food is pretty good, service is inconsistent, but the worst part is the hostess who seats people. She doesn’t understand how to handle any problem or situation that comes up and she is the one in charge. She doesn’t understand that the things she doesn’t do to accomodate loyal patrons make for a very unpleasant eating experience. Case in point…we ate there several months ago and out of a party of 6, they totally forgot to bring my meal out. When it finally came, I asked for it to be wrapped to go and I assumed it would be taken off our bill. She said no and did nothing, not even an apology. Went back in December and had a coupon for $10.00 off $30.00 and she wouldn’t honor it. She said next time I could use it with no problem. There was no expiration on it and it even states that it never expires. We got our bill tonight, (3/26/11) and presented the coupon and she said we are no longer honoring it. I explained that there is nothing posted, nothing stated and the coupon clearly states it doesn’t expire. I also reminded her of what she said last time. She said the owners were in China and this was their policy. I told her for $10.00 she would lose us as customers and we would never go back. It isn’t the $10.00; it is the principal. This woman has no understanding of satisfying the public when a problem comes up. Go at your own risk. If you have a problem; don’t expect anything in exchange for inferior service.

Chinese and Japanese fusion. Awesome!!! one of my favorite restaurants in the burbs. They have dynamite sushi and killer Chinese food. Everything is priced accordingly. Their lettuce wraps might be better than PF Changs. Get the Crispy Beef for dinner! The portion is big and it is honestly the best thing that I have tried there. The decor is modern and asian inspired. The service is usually attentive and efficient. Give them a try!!

Great Chinese/Sushi Place. Unlike most Chinese restaurants, this restaurant has a nice modern Asian interior. Great for that family or group outing. This place is a regular haunt for me and it continues with good quality service and food. The Chinese dishes are somewhat Americanized, yet still has a Szechaun flair. They spend extra time with presentation so the food looks as good as it tastes. If you want a tableside show – order the sizzling rice or beef. Cocktails are nice and strong. The mandarin martini and mai tai are my favorites. The sushi bar carries the basic fish (tuna, snapper, salmon) and a decent list of rolls. It is great place for sushi virgins. The white tuna mango salad is wonderful – I could eat that as an entree!

Sit-down Chinese. Great place to go when you’re craving Chinese, but want a nice ambience to go with it. Couple bucks more than carry-out, but not expensive. Food is well above average. Salt & pepper calamari appetizer is exceptional. Stuffed tofu is a surprise – liked by even the most unadventurous of Italian grandmas.
